• Participate with the programs associated with the incubator
• Admission by application
• Ability to pay monthly lease and other service charges to the incubator
• Technology-based company operating in any area:

  • Computers & electronics
  • Engineering & technology services
  • Environmental technology
  • Internet applications
  • Manufacturing
  • New media
  • Optical technology
  • Software
  • Telecommunications

 

• Early stage and growing company
• Market ready of technology product(s) or service(s) within 36 months
• Demonstrate ablility to generate revenue or attract capital with product(s) and service(s) in 2 or 3 years from the incubator, and continue growing
• Competent and committed entrepreneurial management in place and/or identification of a need to develop a management team for busniess success
• Desire to contribute to programs/services of San Diego Community College District, San Diego Technology Incubator and regional partners
• Willingness to participate in the services offered by the incubator, including workshops/seminars, milestone meetings, and networking opportunities
• Potential to create jobs that impact economic development of the San Diego Region
